Tiffany Wills is the head chef for Café 458 located at 458 Edgewood Avenue in the historic Sweet Auburn District. She brings personality, creativity and innovation to her dishes. Her southern style has brought rave reviews from Café 458 diners. To much enthusiasm, she has brought back Café 458 favorite “Carolina Pulled Pork Eggs Benedict” along with her specialty “Biscuits and Gravy.”

Chef Tiffany, as she is casually called by the volunteers, has always loved cooking.  From a young age she has always impressed others with her extraordinary talents in the kitchen. She grew up in Compton, CA, but strangely has a love for Southern Cuisine and its variations.

Chef Tiffany is a graduate a Le Cordon Blue Culinary School. After graduation, she began her professional career under the direction Chef Jonathan Metellus, graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. She has partnered with several Atlanta chefs using culinary skills to benefit and bring awareness to Atlanta’s homeless community. She can be found during the week serving the men and women of Samaritan House of Atlanta. Chef Tiffany’s overall mission is to use her skills to provide exceptional food that will keep customers coming for more! She lives by her grandmother’s motto: “What ever you do in life, do it with passion and love from your heart.” This also holds true for Chef Tiffany’s kitchen.
