Veterans Employment Assistance Program
Managed by Samaritan House of Atlanta, the Veterans Employment Assistance Program (VEAP) supports homeless veterans in their efforts to re-enter the workforce by providing outreach, assessment, skills building, individual case planning, job readiness training, hands-on work opportunities, job placement assistance, referrals to housing, and supportive services. Our partners include local shelters and social service agencies, 24/7 Gateway Center, Veteran’s Administration, Department of Labor programs and One-Stop Centers, and various veteran’s organizations.
All individuals interested in the program must be willing to commit to making a positive change and find full-time employment.
